I am asking for your vote to be elected Tillamook County Assessor in the upcoming May 21, 2024, election. This is a position I have been actively preparing for through my service to Tillamook County as Chief Deputy Assessor & Tax Collector. I bring with me 21 years of experience in the Tillamook County Assessment & Taxation Department. 

As State of Oregon Registered Appraiser, I specialize in data analysis and Residential valuation. Residential properties account for 78% of the $73.4 million property taxes levied in Tillamook County. As the Chief Deputy Assessor & Tax Collector I manage the billing and tax collection for all taxable properties in Tillamook County. With my extensive background in the department, I have cultivated long standing relationships with property owners, business owners and the 76 taxing districts we serve.

I am excited to bring the culmination of my experience and education to the role of Assessor. I will ensure a smooth transition for the taxpayer as I am the only candidate who has the hands-on experience in both Appraisal and Tax Collection. I value fair property values, accurate assessment records, responsive customer service and considerate tax collection.
