Kelly Benson, author, is an ACE-certified personal trainer, member of the National Physique Committee, certified Spinning instructor, certified Tai Chi:Moving for Better Balance instructor and Pioneer co-owner. She is also Healthy Living Director at the Tillamook County Family YMCA.
