North County Recreation District (NCRD) was planning an in-person town hall in the theater, but for the health and safety of the community, is having a VIRTUAL Town Hall on January 20, 2022. We commend NCRD for doing the right thing, continuing to interact with the community, provide information in a safe way that protects our community!
