Tillamook PUD Announces Selection of Local Students for the 2025 College Work Program

Posted on July 3, 2025 by Editor

The Tillamook PUD Board of Directors has selected Audrey Miller and Ellouise Winder as the recipients of the 2025 College Work Program.
Both Audrey and Ellouise are 2025 graduates of Tillamook High School.
Audrey is a dedicated leader and community volunteer. Her leadership roles included ASB Class President and Captain of the girls’ wrestling team. Audrey participates in various service projects including Serving Up Hope, the annual THS Charity Drive, and the ASB Food Drive. Audrey plans to advance her education at Tillamook Bay Community College, with a focus on occupational therapy.
Ellouise participates in a variety of sports, community service, and extracurricular activities. Her leadership roles include serving as Senior Class President and Secretary of the National Honors Society. She contributes to the community through service projects as a member of the Key Club and through the annual THS Charity Drive. Ellouise also engages in athletics, participating in varsity and club volleyball, softball, tennis, and flag football. Ellouise will attend Pacific University in the fall to study dental hygiene.
Tillamook PUD welcomes Audrey and Ellouise to the team.

Since 1965, Tillamook PUD has offered the College Work Program to senior students of Tillamook County High Schools who are seeking higher education after graduation. The Board of Directors selects participants based on their academic achievements, leadership qualities, and future aspirations. Chosen students gain work experience during summer and school breaks. To date, the program has seen participation from 65 students.
