What’s happening at the Nehalem Bay Health Center this week – 9/15/25:
• Architect’s final review of the building
• Bremik demobilization
• Tillamook County final inspection
Major milestones on the project:
• State inspection of the elevator signed off
• Temporary certificate of occupancy issued by Tillamook County
• Exam room furniture delivered and installed
About the new Health Center and Pharmacy:
• Plan to join the Health District board and the board and staff of the Health Center on Saturday, October 4 at 1:00 pm for the formal dedication of the new Health Center. There will be refreshments and tours of the new facility.
• The dedication events will recognize many people, including the architects and designers, construction team and community members who have worked so hard on this amazing project.
• And we will have some fun surprises, too.
• This community-centered project, aimed at improving health and senior care on the north coast, stands to be one of the most significant health care projects in Oregon in 2025. Thanks to so many – District voters, individual supporters and many foundations – who have contributed financially and with their time and energy to make it a reality.
