NEHALEM BAY HEALTH CENTER & PHARMACY PREPARES FOR BIG MOVE – CLOSURES, CELEBRATION OCT. 4 & OPERATIONS AT NEW LOCATION

Countdown to the New Health Center 🎉

We can’t believe It’s finally here! After years of planning and preparation, we’re getting ready to open the doors to our new health center and pharmacy next week. We know a big move like this can bring some changes, so we appreciate your patience and flexibility as we settle in.

Our first day of seeing patients in the new facility will be Wednesday, October 8 at 12:30 p.m.

Our New Address is:

885 Nehalem Boulevard, Wheeler, OR 97147

Upcoming Facility Closures

As we prepare to move into our new facility, please take note of the following important dates:

Pharmacy

Closed: Friday, October 3, 2025

Reopens in New Location: Monday, October 6, 2025

Health Center

Last day at current location: Friday, October 3

Closed for staff training and transition: Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7

Seeing Patients at New Facility: Wednesday, October 8 at 12:30 p.m.

The wait is almost over! Join us as we celebrate the opening of the new Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy with a Community Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

Enjoy a first look inside the new facility, connect with staff and neighbors, and celebrate this exciting milestone for local health care. Light refreshments and self-guided tours will be available.

We look forward to celebrating with you!

Event Parking Information

Parking Information:

  • Arrival: Attendees are asked to arrive by 1:00 p.m. so the celebration can begin on time.

  • Drop-off: Passengers may be dropped off at the front of the building on the day of the event.

  • Assistance: CERT volunteers (in bright yellow or green vests) and “Event Parking” signs will direct you to available parking.

Parking locations include:

  • Behind The Roost Coffee Shop and across from the Post Office on Rorvik Street

  • At City Hall

  • In the angled parking lot along Hwy 101

  • Along Hwy 101 in the business district

  • At the “old” Clinic parking area at 230 Rowe Street (shuttle service will be available)
