The Tillamook Coast Visitors Association (TCVA) has announced updated timelines for its 2025–26 grant programs and the launch of a new Accessibility Lodging Grant to support inclusive tourism across Tillamook County.
The Tourism Facilities Grants program will open as usual on October 15, 2025, continuing TCVA’s annual fall cycle for community infrastructure funding. All other TCVA-managed grant programs — including Tourism Marketing Grants and the new Accessibility Lodging Grants — will open January 1, 2026.
In partnership with Tillamook County, TCVA manages the grant application and contract process for the county’s Tourism Facilities Grant Program, which invests lodging tax dollars directly back into community projects and visitor infrastructure improvements.
Tourism Facilities Grants will open October 15, 2025, with a December 15 deadline. A total of $400,000 is available, with a maximum request of $75,000 per project. Eligible applicants include local governments, ports, special districts, intergovernmental agencies, federal and state agencies, and nonprofits that manage tourism-related services in Tillamook County.
Tourism Marketing Grants will open January 1, 2026, with details and deadlines to be announced later this year. These grants provide a total of $50,000 in available funds, with a maximum request of $5,000 per project.
Also debuting January 1, 2026, TCVA will introduce a new Accessibility Lodging Grant to help local motels and hotels improve accessibility for guests. This new category reflects TCVA’s commitment to sustainable, inclusive tourism and supports the goal of making the Tillamook Coast welcoming to all visitors.
Grant guidelines and applications will be available at www.tillamookcoast.com/grants beginning October 15 for Facilities Grants and January 1 for Marketing and Accessibility Lodging Grants.
