The City of Tillamook’s Public Works Department announces an emergency repair for a failing road. The road is
collapsing in multiple places causing unsafe conditions for vehicle and foot traffic. This repair is necessary to mitigate environmental hazards and prevent danger to citizens. Contractor will work with residents who live on this block, for access to properties. Some delays are expected.

What:
- Replace failing sewer mainline from manhole in the middle of Main and Stillwell, going west approximately 200 feet.
- Replace sewer laterals from mainline to sidewalk.
- Repair road after sewer repair.
Where: 6th Street between Main Avenue and Stillwell Avenue
When: January 12, 2026, sooner dependent upon weather; between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm.
