No Spray Permits – State Highways Due by March 1st

Did you know that you must apply for a No Spray Permit with Oregon Department of Transportation to prevent herbicide spraying adjacent to a State Highway along your property? Installing “No Spray” signs alone will not do it!

This application applies to all Oregon State Highways, including these in Tillamook County:
6 (Wilson River Highway), 22 (Three Rivers Highway), 53 (Necanicum Highway), 130 (Little Nestucca Highway), 131 (Netarts Highway), 101 (Oregon Coast Highway)
