Adventist Health Tillamook is proud to announce the return of Art for the Heart, a community art exhibition taking place February 1 – 27, 2026, at the North County Recreation District (NCRD) in Nehalem. After record attendance in 2025, the upcoming show is expected to be an exciting, vibrant celebration of how art connects to the heart — emotionally, creatively, and physically.
Art for the Heart aims to uplift the creative spirit of local artists while also supporting well-being through movement and expression. Eric Swanson, President of Adventist Health Tillamook shares, “I’m excited to see artists of all ages share their creative heart to show how their work can be both healing and inspiring.”
Artists along the Oregon Coast are invited to submit up to five pieces in any wall-ready medium. Submissions are free, and cash prizes will be awarded, including a $500 first place and a $250 People’s Choice Award. A portion of all sales will benefit NCRD fitness scholarships, reinforcing the exhibition’s mission to inspire both the heart and health of the community.
