Find out about projects in Draft 2027-2030 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP)

Join us at the upcoming North West Area Commission on Transportation, or NWACT, meeting or at one of our other in-person opportunities.

Learn more about the proposed projects in the 2027-2030 Draft Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, also known as the STIP. This is our capital improvement plan for state and federally-funded projects.

Join us at one of our February or March meetings

NWACT – February 12 in person, virtually or by phone

  • When: February 12 at 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Where in person: Banks Fire District #13 Building | 13430 NW Main Street, Banks, OR 97106 | Accessible parking is available north of the building.

Visit the NWACT webpage about one week prior the meeting to review the agenda. Meeting schedules may change so refer to the meeting’s agenda to see when the STIP presentation is scheduled to begin.


Tillamook County – March 5

  • When: March 5 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Where: Officers’ Mess Hall Port of Tillamook Bay | 6825 Officer Row, Tillamook, OR 97141 | Accessible parking is available near the front entrance.

Clatsop County – March 9

  • When: March 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Where: ODOT Astoria office | 350 W Marine Drive, Astoria, OR 97103 | Accessible parking is available near the front entrance.

Columbia County – March 11

  • When: March 11 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Where in person: Columbia County Road Department | 1054 Oregon Street, St. Helens OR 97051 | Accessible parking is available near the front entrance.

Learn more about our capital improvement plan for state and federally funded projects by visiting the draft 2027-2030 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, also known as the STIP, online open house.

We want your feedback

Use the interactive map to see the proposed projects in and around your community. This is your opportunity to see which projects we are investing in and to share your feedback.This program lays out where we will invest federal and state money in the transportation system. It includes everything from public transportation to new bike paths, sidewalks, repaved roads and bridge maintenance.The online open house will be available through March 20. We may use your comments to make adjustments as we begin designing projects in the STIP. All comments will be included in the public comment record. This record will go to the Oregon Transportation Commission before they approve the final STIP in June.
