The City of Tillamook will conduct cleaning and inspection of a main sewer line on 1 st St on Thursday, April 16, as part of ongoing efforts to maintain system reliability and identify any potential issues after the recent repair.
Work will take place between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with crews staging at the intersection of 1st Street and Ivy Avenue. The contractor will clean and inspect the main line downstream to Stillwell Avenue and upstream to Pacific Avenue.
This proactive work is intended to assess the condition of the sewer line and determine whether any additional sections may require repair.
The road will remain open during the work. Motorists should expect minimal delays, with traffic control in place and flaggers directing vehicles through the work zone.
