To the Editor,
I am glad to offer my strong support for Mary Faith Bell as she seeks re-election as Tillamook County Commissioner.
In the four years I have lived in Tillamook County, I have had the chance to see firsthand how important thoughtful local leadership really is. During that time, Mary Faith Bell has stood out to me as someone who cares deeply about this county and the people who live here. She brings warmth, integrity, and a real sense of responsibility to public service, and I believe Tillamook County is better because of her leadership.
What I appreciate most about Mary Faith is that her service feels grounded in genuine care for the community. She is not focused on attention or politics for show. She is focused on helping move Tillamook County in the right direction. She understands that progress is built through steady work, good judgment, strong relationships, and a willingness to stay engaged with the real issues facing local communities.
Mary Faith has the experience needed for this role, but more than that, she has demonstrated the kind of consistent, practical leadership that helps a county grow stronger over time. She understands that moving a community forward means paying attention to both immediate needs and long-term goals. It means supporting the conditions that help people and families thrive while keeping the county focused on a strong future.
On a personal level, I have come to know Mary Faith as someone who truly wants the best for Tillamook County. She leads with both compassion and common sense, and that combination matters. Good communities need leaders who care, who listen, and who are willing to put in the work. Mary Faith Bell has shown that again and again.
I am grateful for her service, proud to support her candidacy, and hopeful that voters will give her the opportunity to continue helping lead Tillamook County forward.
Sincerely,
Paul Jarrell
Tillamook County Resident
