United Paws of Tillamook desperately needs more safe, loving homes willing to offer temporary and longer term shelter to abandoned cats and kittens. UP provides ongoing support to Volunteer Fosters, providing all necessary supplies, and all needed veterinary care. Experienced Foster Mentors are available daily to assist Fosters with any questions, as well as educational help.
