Hoffman Center for the Arts in Manzanita is hiring a small team of paid editors for our literary editorial committee.
Editors read creative writing submissions (poetry, literary fiction, stageplays, screenplays, creative nonfiction, essays, and memoir) and help decide what we publish and share. Pay is $20 an hour for about one hour of independent reading a week over 12 weeks on the editor’s own schedule. No MFA required. We especially encourage applications from writers in Tillamook, Clatsop, and Lincoln counties, and from writers whose backgrounds or perspectives have been historically underrepresented in publishing.
