On June 17, 2026, Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office deputies received information regarding the whereabouts of Christian Vieyra-Lobato, who was wanted on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant and a warrant issued out of Crook County.
Deputies received a tip that Vieyra-Lobato was hiding at a residence on 3rd Street. With permission from the resident, Corporal Berger, and several other TCSO Deputies, entered the home to search for the wanted subject. During the search, Corporal Berger located Vieyra-Lobato hiding behind a bed inside the residence.
Corporal Berger directed Vieyra-Lobato to come out from hiding. Vieyra-Lobato eventually complied with commands and was taken into custody.
Vieyra-Lobato was transported to the Tillamook County Jail, where he was lodged on the Oregon State Parole Board warrant and the Crook County warrant.
The Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office appreciates the assistance provided by community members and encourages anyone with information regarding wanted persons or criminal activity to contact law enforcement.
