Tillamook County Library cardholders now have free access to Hobbies & Crafts Source, a new online database from EBSCO packed with practical ideas, how-to guidance, and inspiration for makers, hobbyists, and lifelong learners.
The resource offers thousands of full-text recipes, hundreds of hobby and craft magazines, reference works, eBooks, hobby profiles, and instructional videos. Users can search by keyword or browse subjects such as arts and crafts, collecting, cooking and baking, seasonal crafts, home and garden, indoor and outdoor recreation, needlecrafts and textiles, performing arts, science and technology, and more.
A companion Hobbies & Crafts Reference eBook Collection adds further comprehensive materials from leading educational publishers.
Whether you’re picking up a new skill, digging deeper into a favorite pastime, or hunting for your next project, the database makes it easy to find useful information and fresh ideas. All electronic resources are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the library’s website.
