TILLAMOOK COUNTY EMERGENCY ALERT 09/02/26 @2:33PM: 3 male escapees from Oregon Youth Authority at the Port of Tillamook Bay at approximately 1:20 PM. Male 16-18 years old last seen wearing black pants, grey/white shirt. call 911 with information. or if seen.
Three youth in Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) custody escaped from the Tillamook Youth Correctional Facility shortly before 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Facility staff immediately notified the Oregon State Police (OSP). OSP is leading the investigation, and warrants have been issued for all three individuals.
Oregon State Police say one of three teenagers who reportedly escaped from the Tillamook Youth Correctional Facility on Wednesday afternoon has been found.
OSP says Haymond was found on Wednesday night and is being held at the Tillamook County Jail. The two other teens are still at large.
While OYA does not typically release identifying information about youth in its care, the agency is doing so in this case due to the potential impact on the public. The escaped youth are:
Johnathan Haymond, age 18, adjudicated for Attempted Sexual Abuse 1 in Tillamook County. Haymond has fair skin, light brown hair and wears glasses. Haymond’s family is originally from Tillamook.
Noah Martin, age 18, adjudicated for Attempted Sexual Abuse 1; Criminal Mischief 1; Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police (vehicle) in Linn County. Martin has fair skin, short brown hair and a large tattoo of a P on his cheek and a king of hearts tattoo on the right side of his neck. Martin is originally from Albany, but has family in Mill City, Oregon.
Jed Alexander, age 16, adjudicated for Assault 3; Menacing; Theft 1; and Assault 4 in Coos County. Alexander is white, with a slender build, blue eyes, glasses and light brown hair. Alexander has two tattoos on their left index and middle fingers. Alexander is originally from Coquille, Oregon.
The Oregon Youth Authority is requesting that any member of the public with information regarding the youths’ whereabouts contact Oregon State Police at 503-375-3555 (reference case number is SP 26-286763).
