OREGON DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT): OR 6, Wilson River Loop East Safety Improvements, Construction Starts Next Week

You may have seen crews in the area setting up the work zone to prepare for construction at the OR 6 and Wilson River Loop intersection.

When work starts, you can expect:

Crews working at night.
Lane and shoulder closures as needed.
Flaggers directing traffic as needed.
Construction noise and delays.

About the project

We’re planning to:

Widen and build a buffered right-turn lane.
Install new signs as required by the project.

These improvements will make the intersection safer, helping to reduce fatal and serious injury crashes.
