The Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to report that all three youth who escaped from the Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) have been apprehended, early the morning of Saturday September 4, 2026
Tillamook County Deputies worked diligently throughout the search to locate the three individuals. All three were located and taken into custody without incident.
“I am proud of the work our deputies put into locating these three individuals,” said Sheriff Josh Brown. “They remained focused and committed throughout the search, working to bring this situation to a safe conclusion. Their dedication to keeping our community safe is greatly appreciated.”
The Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the deputies and law enforcement partners who assisted throughout the search and worked together to safely resolve the incident.
