Tillamook County Clerk Christy Nyseth is notifying voters of a printing error on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot.
The phone number printed on the front page of the ballot is incorrect and directs callers to the Polk County Elections Office rather than the Tillamook County Clerk’s Office.
The correct phone number for Tillamook County Elections is (503) 842-3402.
“This was an unfortunate oversight, and I apologize for any confusion it may cause voters,” said Nyseth. “We want to make sure voters have the correct contact information should they have questions or need assistance with their ballots.”
The error is limited to the contact phone number and does not affect the contests, candidates, or measures appearing on the ballot. Voters may continue to mark and return their ballots as usual.
The Tillamook County Clerk’s Office encourages voters with questions regarding their ballots or the November election to contact the office directly at (503) 842-3402 or email clerk@tillamookcounty.gov.
