ASTROLOGY: Full Moon Lunar eclipse in Taurus 2023 – Take heart, embrace endings as they are the start of something new

Posted on October 28, 2023 by Editor

By Madame Dana Zia

This Full Moon eclipse in Taurus on 10.28.23 at 1:24 pm Pacific is the ending to cycles that were started on the Solar eclipse two weeks ago and to the Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus in November of 2021. Where there are endings there are also beginnings, even if they are slow to emerge.

This eclipse season is working with the zodiac signs of Taurus and Scorpio. The Sun moved into Scorpio on the 23rd and a Full Moon is always across from the Sun, which is Taurus. Taurus is about what we value and cherish. Scorpio is all about depth and intense feelings. The eclipses in the Taurus/Scorpio axis started 2 years ago in November. This eclipse wraps that up and closes doors but opens windows.

Over the last few years, you may have shifted away from toxic relationships and embraced your shadow elements as they are what make you understand the human condition. You perhaps have started to stand up for what you value and developed a stronger sense of self. These elements will complete and new beginnings will rise from the darkness.

There are so many planets involved with this Full Moon it feels overwhelming to explain. The energy involved with this Full Moon can be the same way. Things will feel magnified and a bit wild but hang on and choose the simplest and most peaceful path forward. You will have a choice. Breathe and chose what brings you the most fulfillment even if it feels incredibly chaotic at the time.

You will be shown the way.
That is the way of eclipses.
They light up what needs attention and change in our lives.

Jupiter is involved in this eclipse bringing a feeling of restlessness and desire. This desire stimulates our need to expand and grow. We want to push against the box canyons that we have built in our imaginations. Why not? Challenge them! We built them and we can take them down. Jupiter urges us forward with hope, confidence and creative ideas. Jupiter can also urge you to spend your savings account on an igloo in the artic too, so use discretion.

We are going to want to take action with Mars involved as well. Choose your battles wisely. Everyone we meet is fighting their own battle inside. In the endings that will come up during this time, use kindness and mercy where possible.

This Full Moon eclipse is very powerful any way you look at it! Take time for yourself to assimilate it, even if it is 5 minutes. Align with love, compassion and Spirit. In the end, that is all we have.
