On Tuesday evening February 10, 2026 in front of a packed room of concerned citizens, the Bay City town council unanimously passed a proclamation entitled ‘Providing Public Trust, Community Safety, and Constitutional Protections’ – see below.
Thank you to Mayor Welch, the Bay City council members as well as all of the citizens that attended.
This confirms what we already knew, Bay City is an incredible place to live.
Standing up for human rights, due process, human decency, should be core values in every community.
