A broad low pressure area continues to bring some mainly light showers up across the area again today. Just how much rain you get depends on how many of these showers move up across your area. The low pressure area is expected to drift eastward tonight bringing more showers under mostly cloudy skies, along with a chance of thunderstorms through around midnight. Then we see some more showers that will become more widely scattered as the low continues to move to the southeast. With calm winds tonight, the low temperature is around 47.
We will continue to be influenced by an upper level trough of low pressure tomorrow that will continue to bring us mostly cloudy skies along with a slight chance of showers. The winds tomorrow westerly 5-10, afternoon highs near 58. The slight shower chance remains tomorrow night, calm winds, low temperatures again near 46.
Wednesday, a weak ridge of high pressure will cap any remaining widely scattered showers by around noon, the winds becoming westerly 5-10, afternoon highs still near 58. With mostly cloudy skies Wednesday night, and some calm winds, the lows fall to near 43.
Thursday, we see another trough of low pressure bringing more clouds along with a slight chance of showers Thursday night, afternoon highs up to near 59, overnight lows near 44.
Friday on through the weekend continues to look unsettled with partly to mostly cloudy skies, with periods of showers off and on, highs continue to linger around 60, and overnight lows down in the mid 40s.
