Nehalem’s Christy Kay at Cosmic Healing NW Wins Wellness Practitioner of the Year

Posted on March 24, 2026 by Editor

Winner in the Corporate LiveWire Global Awards 2025/26

Offering a fantastic range of wellbeing sessions, classes and treatments, Christy Kay is a vibrational medicine practitioner operating out of the North Oregon Coast. Having spent most of her life studying health and wellness in an effort to overcome chronic illness, Christy brings empathy and understanding to her practice. Her path toward healing intensified after a life-altering car accident 11 years ago, which left her with multiple health issues. Through extensive training and certifications in multiple healing modalities, the expert discovered that energy medicine offered her the most relief. At its core, Cosmic Healing NW is laser focused on helping clients become unstuck – a collaborative journey Christy approaches with compassion and a toolkit of energetic practices.

Christy Kay supports clients whose natural energetic flow has been disrupted by stress, grief, illness, or emotional strain. These disruptions can manifest as physical symptoms, mental overwhelm, or spiritual disconnection and her work focuses on restoring balance so the body and mind can return to their natural state of wellness. Drawing on her intuitive skill and understanding of vibrational healing, Christy creates a calming, nurturing environment where clients can release stored tension, reconnect with themselves and activate their individual capacity for healing. The specialist takes demonstrable joy in witnessing each person’s journey back to peace and vitality, guiding clients toward greater harmony and overall wellbeing.

The judging panel was particularly impressed by the array of wellness services and strategies available from Christy at Cosmic Healing NW. Her signature offering, RISE Energy Healing, exemplifies her holistic approach by blending Reiki, intuitive guidance, sound healing and earth energy in a way that is attuned to each client’s needs. Within these powerful 60- or 90-minute sessions, Christy draws from a range of modalities, including crystal healing, reflexology, biofield tuning, craniosacral therapy, lightbody activation and intuitive insight. With singing bowls, tuning forks, bells and vocal mantras, Christy’s sound healing services create vibrations that penetrate the body’s tissues, releasing stored tension and emotional residue held at the cellular level.
