Notice is hereby given that the Barview/Twin Rocks/Watseco Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) will hold a special meeting on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Lions Club Building located at 268 S Anchor St, Rockaway Beach, Oregon, 97136 to discuss the ongoing Tillamook County Short Term Rental Committee’s process of examining Tillamook County Ordinance #84: Tillamook County Short Term Rental Ordinance that applies to short term (vacation) rentals within the unincorporated areas of Tillamook County. The Short Term Rental Committee will ultimately make recommendations to the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners for amendments to Ordinance #84 of actions that can take place to help maintain balance between short-term rentals and full-time residencies in the unincorporated areas of Tillamook County. Public input at this meeting is encouraged. All north county residents interested in this process related to short term (vacation) rentals within the unincorporated areas of Tillamook County are encouraged to attend.
