“The contractor completed stone placement for the jetty repairs at the root section of the jetty (where the jetty ties into Bay Ocean Spit) yesterday. The contractor is demobilizing the stone placement equipment from the site for this season. Stone will continue to be delivered to the project site in preparation for next year’s stone placement.
Stone placement will start on the seaward section of the repairs in Spring/Summer 2025. The timing of the start of stone placement is subject to weather conditions.”
