Pacific City – Annual Veterans Day Ceremony, sponsored by the American Legion Tillamook Post 47, South Tillamook County businesses and local citizens, will be held November 11th at Meg’s Beachwood Bar & Grill located at 6425 Pacific Avenue in Pacific City. Ceremonies will start at 2 PM.
This 30+ year south county tradition will include military displays, marshal music and military ceremonies. The guest speaker is retired US Army Master Seargent Kevin Lindsey of Otis, Oregon. MSgt Lindsey is the former Commander of the American Legion Tillamook Post 47 and current Adjutant.
A Potluck and free beverage will be provided to all veterans. Door prizes will be provided by local businesses and citizen sponsors. Children welcome.
