Tillamook County Master Gardeners 2025 Fall Workshops – FREE – Registration is required.
Air Bee -n- Bee – all about mason bees and Climate Change for coastal gardeners are the topics.
The workshops will be held at the OSU Extension Office- Tillamook County, Room 105. (4506 3rd street, Tillamook, OR 97141) from 10- 11:30 AM and 12:30- 1:30 PM on October 25, 2025.
These fall workshops are free and open for public.
Here are the class details:
Hosting Mason Bees In Your Garden (10-11:30 AM) : Become a Super Host for Mason Bees! This 90-minute class and demonstration will explore the fun and benefits of hosting native mason bees. They are super pollinators, and one mason bee can do the work of 50 honey bees! We’ll cover the life-cycle of mason bees and you can get your “Super Host” star by providing the best housing and food to keep them healthy and happy.
Climate Change for Coastal Gardeners (12:30- 1:30 PM): Are you passionate about plants, nature, and the future of our gardens? Join Tillamook Master Gardener Carla Albright for an enlightening and timely talk, “Climate Change for Coastal Gardeners,” where she explores the vital intersection between horticulture and environmental transformation. Designed for both novice and seasoned gardeners, this event offers practical insights and inspiring perspectives on how gardens—and those who tend them—can adapt and flourish as our climate changes.
