12/16-12/17 STORM UPDATE as of 6:01 p.m.
TPUD crews have been working non-stop to restore power to the area since the beginning of the storm on Tuesday. Crews will take a brief rest break tonight (12/17/25) at 10 p.m. and will resume work at 6 a.m. tomorrow (12/18/25). Customers without power after 10 p.m. tonight will be without power overnight. We thank our customers and the community for their patience and support as crews work to restore power to the area.

Crews are working to restore power to the following locations before 10 p.m.:
North County Areas
-Garibaldi to above Manzanita Areas: The Pacific Power transmission line is down. Pacific Power completed a helicopter flight of the transmission line and identified several problem areas which are in remote locations and require specialized equipment to access. Pacific Power is working on repairing these locations. An estimated time of repair is not currently available. We have TPUD crews standing by to energize feeders when these substations come back online. We are waiting for Bonneville Power Administration to energize the transmission line from the south, and also waiting for Pacific Power to complete their repairs and energize the transmission line from the north.
Central County Areas
-Bay City Area-44 Customers
-Upper Trask River RD, – Tillamook- 84 Customers
-Fernwood DR, Tillamook- 11 Customers
South County Areas
-Sandlake Area- 137 Customers
-Gist RD- 15 Customers
-Misty Drive- 43 Customers
-Hillcrest/Grandview Area- 33 Customers
-Little River- 26 Customers
-Tent St/3rd/Ferry Street, Pacific City- 68 Customers
The following areas should prepare to be without power overnight:

-Blaine Area- 13 Customers
-Slab Creek- 73 Customers
-Thousand Trails Area- 42 Customers
