FEMA will hold a virtual meeting on Tuesday, September 30th from 6 to 8pm to present a summary of the findings of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and FEMA’s draft implementation plan for implementation of the 2016 Oregon Biological Opinion. This is the final scheduled virtual meeting where FEMA will share updates on the draft EIS and implementation plan. Public comment will be taken at this virtual meeting. The public comment period ends October 6, 2025.
Tillamook County is hosting a space for the public to gather to participate in this final virtual meeting. Please share this information with anyone you feel may want to join us to watch the virtual meeting and who may want to provide public comment on this matter. FEMA representatives will not be physically present at the Port location; however, this is an opportunity for the public to hear the presentation and provide public comment either at the meeting or following the meeting.

In-Person Viewing Location: Port of Tillamook Bay Main Conference Center- 4000 Blimp Boulevard. The main conference room located in the same building as the port offices. Doors will open at 5:00pm.
