Dear Pioneer Community,

Posted on January 12, 2017February 2, 2023 by

There have been a lot of questions about “What will happen to the Pioneer?” with the loss of its life force, LeeAnn Neal. This is LeeAnn’s legacy and we are committed to honoring that memory. As we as a community have experienced, the Tillamook County Pioneer is a vital source of communication for our area. A team is being assembled to work on keeping this valuable community treasure going, and hopefully, growing and thriving. We also understand how important it is to have a trustworthy, fair-minded local news source available. Please be patient as we sort out the details. We are all still grieving. We are working to regroup and revive the Tillamook County Pioneer to keep this community resource available and provide free access to the news and stories that connect us all.
If you have any questions or are interested in helping with this process, please email to tillamookcountypioneer.net@gmail.com or message to the Facebook page. Thank you for your understanding.
