On September 24, 2024, at about 9:30am, Tillamook County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David Robert Sinohuiz, 29, of Tillamook, on an arrest warrant for seven Oregon Measure 11 crimes.
Sinohuiz had recently been indicted by a Tillamook County Grand Jury on one count of Rape 1, two counts of Unlawful Sexual Penetration, two counts Sex Abuse 2 and two counts of Sodomy 1. Sinohuiz was taken into custody at the Tillamook County Jail and is being held on $250,000 full-cash bail.
“David Sinohuiz is a violent sexual predator, and we are glad that is represented by his high bail amount,” said TCSO Deputy Chris Barnett, lead investigator for this investigation. “We believe there may be more victims out there, and we hope they will reach out to us.”
