The magic is coming to the stage! The Tillamook Association for the Performing Arts (TAPA) is excited to announce the cast of the upcoming musical, “Into the Woods,” opening November 6 at the Barn Community Playhouse! Brought to you by Krazy Kat Publishing, LLC and Val Braun of Edward Jones.
With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and written by James Lapine, “Into the Woods” brings together some of your favorite fairytale characters in a story that takes a few unexpected turns. When a baker and his wife set out to break a curse and start a family, their journey leads them into the woods, where they cross paths with Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rapunzel, and more. As their wishes begin to come true, they discover that getting what you want is only the beginning, and that every choice can have consequences.
Filled with memorable music, humor, and a fresh take on classic stories, this musical explores what happens after “happily ever after” and reminds us that life rarely follows the storybook script.

Joni Sauer-Folger as The Narrator, Michaila Mitchell as Cinderella, Alan Talbott as Jack, Connie Cloyed as Jack’s Mother, Patty Cook as Milky White and The Giant, Ukiah Hawkins as the Baker, Lacey Hawkins as the Baker’s Wife, Kelsey Jordan as Cinderella’s Stepmother, Sarajane Elkins as the step-sister Florinda, Mackenzie Wingate as the other step-sister Lucinda, Garrick Gordon as Cinderella’s Father and the Wolf, Valerie Sewell as Cinderella’s Mother, Kristin Johnson as Little Red Riding Hood, Julie Bucknam as The Witch, Caryn Backman as the Mysterious Woman, Sylvia Johnson as Granny, Elianna Maciel as Rupunzel, Steve Sewell as Rapunzel’s Prince, Logen Steinbach as Cinderella’s Prince, Aaron Sullivan as the Steward, Echo Cook as a Bird, the false Milky White, and Snow White, and Leah Jordan as a Bird, the Hen that lays the Golden Egg, and Sleeping Beauty.

“Into the Woods” opens November 6 at the Barn Community Playhouse and will follow a special performance schedule including evening performances on Fridays at 6:30 pm and matinee performances on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 pm.
