The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) will hold three public meetings to discuss the Oregon Commercial Dungeness Crab Fishery.
Meetings will include updates related to marine life entanglement and an opportunity to provide input on planned agenda items for the August 14, 2026 Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission meeting in Salem:
- Five-year risk reduction measures evaluation
- Vessel monitoring and electronic logbooks
- Experimental fishing gear permits
