The City of Rockaway Beach City Council is accepting applications for three (3) vacancies on the Budget Committee.
The Rockaway Beach Budget Committee is composed of the City Council and an equal number of citizens at large. Budget Committee members are appointed by the City Council and serve 3-year terms. Budget Committee meeting dates are tentatively scheduled for April 16, 2025 and April 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
Budget Committee members must be registered to vote and reside within Rockaway Beach City Limits. Appointed Budget Committee members may be reappointed for additional terms, at the discretion of the Mayor.
Applications may be picked up at Rockaway Beach City Hall, 276 South Highway 101 or online at www.corb.us. The deadline for submitting applications is February 3, 2025. The City Council is expected to make appointments at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 12, 2025.
