Walk through a field of white flags to reflect on Oregonians who died of COVID. Get information on local health services. Share thoughts, pictures, memories on a memorial board to show how the past year has affected you. Free COVID 19 safety bags while supplies last. Event will follow CDC guidelines for distancing and masks are required.
