The weather was dry and calm … which was a first for the third annual North County Light Parade. Organized by community volunteers in 2020 due to the COVID19 pandemic, the event has gained such popularity as to be declared an annual event. Growing every year, the participants and viewers all enjoyed the moving light parade.
