❌ Rejects increased funding for ICE or Border Patrol
✅ Restricts ICE and Border Patrol’s ability to conduct dragnet arrest operations
✅ Ends Border Patrol deployments to our cities
✅ Limits DHS’s reprogramming and transfer authority
