For awhile here in North County there was a discussion about voting, is it secure from fraud? A lawsuit, paid for by Oregon citizens ( it’s on the internet if you want to check it out) was filed by Judicial Watch against Oregons Secretary of State regarding Oregons voter roles. This lawsuit showed that there were about 80 thousand voters listed on Oregon’s voter roles that shouldn’t be there. There is a law in Oregon that requires that the voter roles must be kept up to date and inactive voters – those who have moved away, or died, or people listed who may not be citizens, and are not allowed to vote, need to be purged from the voter lists. The people in our state government who are required to do this by law didn’t do it. WHY? That means that 80 thousand ballots have been sent out in Oregon to places where their true voter is no longer there. And it means that these same 80 thousand ballots are on the computers in Salem as active ! It would be quite possible for these ballots to be filled out and counted.
Under the “SAVE ACT” Voters would generally need to present documentary proof of citizenship in person before completing registration. Thats it! AND *PEW research shows that 98% of US citizens feel that persons need to be “qualified” to vote! Qualified is the key word here. It means you are a bonafide citizen of the USA when it comes to casting a vote. The majority of citizens want this!
Federal law passed in 1996 specifically bans noncitizens from voting in federal elections, for president or congress. Repeated studies have found that actual illegal voting by non citizens is rare. I personally believe that ballots submitted by undocumented persons are rare, but thats NOT THE PROBLEM. IN OREGON, I believe election FRAUD is rampant, specifically in the three largest counties. For one example; in **Oregon more ballots are turned in then there are registered voters!!!!! An outdated voter list causes ballots to be sent to “who knows?” This doesn’t sound secure to me. 80 thousand ballots up for grabs at election time?
Mail in voting is not secure. The most secure way to vote is in person showing up with valid ID .
Years ago, my husband and I used to go to our local precinct to vote around 4 pm and then go out to dinner after voting. By about 9 pm we would hear from the TV NEWS the outcomes of the election. If it was close then we would know that the final outcome would come the next day. BUT NOW in our high tech computer world we just can’t do that – we have 21 days now!! 21 days in Oregon to FIX things, if you catch my drift.
If you have 80 thousand extra ballots to use, seems to me rigging an election would be easy.
The SAVE ACT is just trying to bring states back into being “lawful”, by asking for proof of citizenship, also it is going to require a little more effort by the citizens of this great country to register to vote.

**OREGON VOTING NUMBERS DON’T MATCH UP.
So according to 2024 statistics Oregon had 800,000 inactive voter according to lawsuit that is using our last voting cycle. We had 3,060,374 in 2024 remind you we had 800,000 inactive voters we had 2,308,256 votes turned in, remind you we had 800,000 inactive voters according to New lawsuit settlement.
From Oregonians for Oregon on Facebook: We take 3,060,374 AND MINUS 800,000 IT EQUALS 2,260,374 BUT WE HAD 2,308,256 BALLOTS RETURNED HOW DID WE HAVE MORE BALLOTS RETURNED THEN ACTUAL ACTIVE VOTERS.. BECAUSE TO BECOME INACTIVE IT TAKES MORE THAN 2 YEARS.. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG HERE IN OREGON…
