OREGON DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT) Project update: U.S. 101 Salmonberry Trail – Rockaway Beach Segment SURVEY

Posted on August 1, 2024 by Editor

U.S. 101: Salmonberry Trail – Rockaway Beach Segment

A community path to Rockaway Beach

We partnered with the City of Rockaway Beach in 2017 to plan the Salmonberry Trail along U.S. 101 in Rockaway Beach. Recently, the City received funding to start designing a portion of the cycling and pedestrian path between S 1st Avenue and Washington Street.

Take our survey!

We want your feedback!

We invite you to participate in this survey to share how you might use the path. Your input will help us determine its features and design elements.  CLICK HERE FOR THE SURVEY.

The survey is now open and closes on Wednesday, August 14.

We’re eager to hear from those who will use the path, including nearby community members and Neah-Kah-Nie Middle and High School students, staff and parents while we’re in design.

Your feedback is important to helping create the right path for your community!

construction work zone iconPay attention in work zones, slow down and move over – imagine this is where you work! Always drive safely, watch for construction signs and workers.

Remember that fines double in all Oregon work zones, whether workers and signs are present or not.
