OREGON DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT): Sandlake Road Bridge Replacement -You’ll see us in the area next week!

Posted on December 17, 2024December 17, 2024 by Editor

TIcon of construction worker with tablet in handshe Sandlake Road Bridge is west of Hemlock. It is on one of the only routes we use to detour traffic off of U.S. 101 in this general area. Since U.S. 101 needs to be closed often for landslide repairs, this bridge is critical for north and southbound traffic to use as a detour.

You may see our crew in the area doing survey work to prepare for our planned 2026 construction. We are replacing the bridge to prevent current and future erosion and to ensure a reliable U.S. 101 detour route.
