Lake Lytle Park “in the heart of Rockaway” is owned by Tillamook County. The City of Rockaway Beach plans to negotiate a long-term lease to take over maintenance and management of the park.  In addition to park maintenance, the City of Rockaway Beach will make improvements to the park and will no longer require the use of a park pass. In anticipation of finalizing this arrangement, the City of Rockway Beach has launched a community survey asking for participation in the visioning process.

The community is invited to a Lake Lytle public workshop on February 22nd at 6 pm at Rockaway Beach City Hall, 276 Hwy. 101.  Everyone is encouraged to complete the survey and bring your ideas about ways to improve the park. For more information, go to www.corb.us or contact City Hall at 503-374-1752.
