Blue Career allows users to explore more than 150 skilled trades across a dozen industries, complete with information on salaries, job outlook, and career growth. Personality and experience assessments help users identify careers that match their interests and skills, making it easier to discover new opportunities.
Once users have selected a career path, Blue Career provides resources to help them prepare for success. The platform offers video-based training to prepare for professional certifications and develop new skills. Users can also search more than 1,350 accredited trade schools by location or trade and explore hundreds of scholarship opportunities to help finance their education.
When users are ready to enter the workforce, Blue Career makes it easy to create a job seeker profile and connect with thousands of employers throughout North America, no résumé required.
