Posted on November 6, 2023 by Editor

Property tax statements for Tillamook County were mailed on October 18, 2023.
Taxpayers who pay the full 2023 property tax by Nov. 15, will receive a 3 percent discount. Taxpayers who pay two-thirds of the 2023 property tax by Nov. 15, will receive a 2 percent discount.
Taxes may also be paid — without discount — in three, one-third installments due Nov. 15, 2023, Feb. 15, 2024, and May 15, 2024.
Payments by Debit or Credit card can be made online at www.co.tillamook.or.us or by phone at 1-844-784-9680. Service fees apply.
If paying by check, please use the coupon and windowed envelope provided. Be sure to mail your payment early enough to be postmarked on or before Nov. 15. According to Oregon law, if the postmark is after the payment due date, discounts are not allowed.
If you do not want to mail your payment, available is a new 24-hour Drive up Drop Box located behind the Tillamook County Courthouse at the corner of First St & Madrona.

The Assessment & Taxation office is open Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and is located on the first floor of the Tillamook County Courthouse at 201 Laurel Ave. Tillamook, OR 97141.
If you have not yet received a tax statement, please call 503-842-3400 or email Chief Deputy Assessor & Tax Collector, KaSandra Larson at KaSandra.Larson@tillamookcounty.gov
