Notice is hereby given that Tillamook County is seeking design and construction engineering services for a new fee station and rerouting of both incoming and outgoing park traffic at Barview Jetty Campground located at 8000 Cedar Street, Rockaway Beach, Oregon.
All work specified shall be awarded to one (1) consultant only.
The request for proposal (RFP) documents may be viewed at Tillamook County Parks Office, 8000 Cedar Street, Rockaway Beach, Oregon 97136 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The proposal documents may be obtained electronically, at no charge, by e-mailing Dan Keyes at dan.keyes@tilIamookcounty.gov, or may be purchased at a pre-paid cost of fifteen dollars ($15.00) payable only by check or money order to Tillamook County Parks Department, 8000 Cedar Street, Rockaway, Oregon 97136, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each prospective proposer must provide the full company name, address, contact name, phone and e-mail address at the time of request.
Proposals will be received until, but not after, 3:30 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Tillamook County Parks Office, 8000 Cedar Street, Rockaway Beach, Oregon 97136 or mailed to PO Box 633, Garibaldi, Oregon 97118. Proposals that are received after the closing time, regardless of the postmark, will not be accepted for any reason and will be returned to the addressee unopened. Delivery to an office other than the office identified above is not acceptable.
