Rockaway Beach Fire Department volunteers received the page out at 1:22 pm this afternoon, and by the time they arrived the truck with a utility box filled with wetsuits and scuba equipment was fully engulfed in flames. No one was injured, but Hwy. 101 was shut down in both directions for a period of time, leading to large backups on this sunny Saturday. Traffic remains heavy on Hwy. 101.
