Unfurl Looks for Help to Fill Local School Resource Closet with Shoes for the Holidays

Posted on November 21, 2021 by Editor

Show some love ❤️❤️❤️ to local kids at Neah-Kah-Nie middle/high school by dropping off your new or gently used shoes, boots and sneakers at Unfurl in Manzanita (447 Laneda Ave.) through November 30!
.Every pair makes a difference in a local family’s effort to keep their kids’ growing feet in shoes that fit! If the choice is between food or new shoes, the shoes get pushed to the bottom of the list.
.That’s where you come in! Our goal is to collect 100 pairs of shoes to donate to the school’s resource closet, run by Jen Hopkins.
We have about 50 pairs so far and would greatly appreciate your help!
Let’s do this — clean out those closets and bring us your tennis shoes, boots and shoes. Let’s get them to a kid that needs ’em instead of collecting dust …

Long distance donations can be sent to Unfurl, PO Box 627, Manzanita, OR 97130. Thank you so much!
We’ll only be collecting shoes until November 30th, so bring ’em our way soon …
Unfurl is located at 447 Laneda Avenue in Manzanita – open Monday and Tuesday – 11 am to 5 pm – closed on Wednesday and Thursday – and open Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 11 am to 5 pm.
