State Measure 119 – Cannabis retailers/processors must remain neutral regarding communications to their employees from labor organizations – Passed statewide (Tillamook County: 49.86% YES; 50.14% NO)

 

County Measure 29-180 – $24 million bond measure to update county emergency communications system – PASSING –  YES – 7,780 (51.91%); NO – 7,208 (48.09%)

 

Manzanita Measure 29-179  – Referendum to decide monthly vs. quarterly water billing

YES – 294 YES; NO – 235

 

Nehalem Measure 29-181 – To prohibit psilocybin businesses for two years (Of 17 psilocybin bans on ballots across Oregon, only Nehalem voters turned down their council’s proposed ban—by two votes  – YES -83; NO – 85

The election will be certified on December 2, 2024.
