Coast Guard aircrew hoists male standed on rock near Tillamook Sept. 3rd

TILLAMOOK, Ore. — A Coast Guard aircrew hoisted a man who reportedly became stranded on rocks at Cape Lookout State Park near Tillamook, Ore., Monday evening.
The man was hoisted by a Coast Guard Air Station Astoria aircrew at 5:43 p.m. and safely transported to shore.

A member of the Tillamook Fire Department contacted Coast Guard Sector Columbia River Command Center personnel at 4:34 p.m. requesting helicopter rescue assistance.
Sector Columbia River personnel dispatched the aircrew aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter and a rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Tillamook.
The man reportedly had a few scrapes and cuts but was in stable condition at the time of the hoist.
